Appointments are scheduled for an hour with a 30-minute buffer in between, so there’s plenty of time for us to focus on your needs. If we need a bit longer, don’t worry—we can always extend your appointment as needed!
To keep things running smoothly, I kindly ask that appointments be booked at least 72 hours in advance (though you’re able to book up to 24 hours in advance, shorter notice will be a “no” from me). This helps ensure we have plenty of time to prepare and make the most of our session together.
